Shipping and Delivery

Mobilax has been at your service since 2010. All orders are placed via our website mobilax.com, and shipped to several French-speaking territories: France, Belgium, Switzerland, as well as French overseas departments.

It is also possible to ship to Europe and different addresses worldwide by contacting us.

Our warehouses and teams are capable of processing and shipping several thousand parts every day.

Mobilax has implemented a logistics chain to best manage your orders, ensuring optimal traceability and security. We use management and control tools to track the routing of your products between the different stages of order preparation with the goal of rationalization and responsiveness. This allows us to assure you of quality, deadlines, and security.

Our commitments

Mobilax commits:

Any order placed before 7:00 PM will be delivered the next day before 1:00 PM.
Any order placed before 4:00 PM on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
Possibility of deliveries before 9:00 AM and before 10:00 AM the next morning. Contact us for pricing.

Any order placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered before 5:00 PM the same day*.
Urgent orders can be delivered in the morning, 2 hours after order validation*.

*offer valid for Lyon and Villeurbanne.

Delivery outside mainland France:

Allow 2 days for delivery, depending on the zone.
For more distant shipments, it can take between 4 and 5 days.
Lithium batteries are sent by land for mainland France and neighboring countries. For more distant countries, they will be delivered by sea, which could extend the delivery time.

Disputes in case of delivery

In case of delivery delay (after 1:00 PM), the customer must contact their dedicated sales representative or Mobilax to report the delay.
If the customer notices the package is damaged upon delivery:
They must write on the delivery slip 'subject to inspection'.
Subsequently, they must check that all products are functional. If not, they must report it to us by email with a photo of the defective (broken) products.
A package reported as delivered when it was not (fraud):
The customer must provide us with a letter of denial, certifying they did not receive the package.
They must also provide us with a photocopy of their identity document.
