Warranty and After-Sales Service

Customer satisfaction is one of our primary goals, and we are committed to offering them a worthy After-Sales Service.

However, as an INTERMEDIARY, we are subject to return conditions imposed by MANUFACTURERS or their DISTRIBUTORS, which we must apply strictly.

WHEN YOU ORDER FROM MOBILAX, YOU BENEFIT FROM A WARRANTY OF:

6 months for spare parts
Processing within 48 to 72 hours upon receipt of the package*
6 months for used smartphones
New smartphones are under manufacturer warranty
* Processing may take longer depending on holidays.

RETURN CRITERIA

The table below indicates the return criteria:

Part showing signs of wear due to use: damaged flex cable, stripes, crack, burn, overheating, oxidation, black spot, missing component, etc.
Product ordered by mistake **
Damaged or missing packaging for a product ordered by mistake
* Product received damaged, with a manufacturing defect or broken :

- Contact our after-sales service to report receipt of a product within 72 hours.

** Product ordered by mistake (reference error, customer cancellation, etc.):

- Contact our After-Sales Service to report the error the same day, return within 8 days.

- Warning: If the stickers are removed from a product ordered by mistake, it will not be accepted for return.

To process a return request,allow 48 to 72 working hours,from the receipt of the package. This duration is indicative and will depend on the availability of the After-Sales Service at the time of the request (workload, exceptional leave, etc.).
For a product return to be accepted, its stickers or warranty seals must not have been removed or damaged in any way.
If the product sent to After-Sales Service is damaged during transport, the costs are exclusively borne by the customer. It is therefore incumbent upon them to pack it with the utmost care and choose a professional carrier, in order to minimize the risks associated with sending their package to After-Sales Service.
Return shipping costs are alsoexclusively borne by the customer.
A customer who has sent a product to After-Sales Service and whose return has been refused by the service has 2 months to claim it. They must therefore contact their sales representative, providing all references of their return.
If a product no longer appears on the customer's personal account, it means its warranty has expired.
Products sent to After-Sales Service and noted as: ordering error, product still new, customer withdrew... ,will be accepted and taken back within 8 days. .
Warning, a damaged box, writing or other distinguishing marks on the boxare grounds for refusal of a product return.
Our used smartphones and tablets have a6-month warranty.
To benefit from a return onlaptops, tablets, and smartphones,the customer must firstcontact their sales representative and provide proof(photos or videos) of the reasons for their After-Sales Service return.
Forhigh-priced tools and equipment(laser machines, separation machines, polishing machines, microscopes, etc.), if the customer receives a defective machine, the customer must send a video to their sales representative clearly showing the malfunctionas soon as possible after unpacking.
If no remote solution is found,the following conditions must imperatively be met to benefit from a replacement:
- It must be adead on arrival (DOA),amanufacturing defect.- Absolutely no use:The product must show no signs of wear.- Original packaging intact:It must be returned in its original packaging, intact, clean, and undamaged (no tears, writings other than the shipping label, excessive tape).- All original accessories, cables, documentation, potential consumables, and internal protectionsmust be present and in perfect condition.
If these conditions are not met, the customer will then have towait for their machine to be repaired by Mobilaxwith the help of the manufacturer (delays of about1 monthmay be necessary if parts needing replacement must be shipped from China).

FOR A RETURN ON ANY ORIGINAL PRODUCT

The product must be returned in its intact packaging and in perfect condition.
The part must not have been installed on a customer's smartphone.
No writing should appear on the original packaging.

Important:the return of an original partwill be impossible if it has already been installed on a customer's device.

The repairer must therefore remember to test itbefore removing its warranty stickers.
