Guarantees and after sales services

Mobilax ensures an After-Sales Service to answer your needs. Sales representatives are at your disposal at any time. They are reachable by phone or e-mail, but also available at our store located at: 1 Rue de l'épée 69003 LYON

If even after reading our sales guarantee procedures you do not have the answers to your questions, do not hesitate to contact us via our support service.

General sales warranty procedure

  • Our spare parts are guaranteed for 6 months*, starting from the date of purchase.
  • The products are guaranteed, except for the breakage and tearing of flex cables.
  • Service packs are not guaranteed.
  • For any order of unused products or error during the preparation, you have the possibility to send them back to us within one working week. After this period, we reserve the right to either accept or reject the products.
  • Any validated return is placed on the Mobilax customer account (return section) in the form of a credit note. The credit note is valid for use for one year as of its issue date. Beyond this time, it will be cancelled.
  • Credit notes are issued according to the orders placed and are therefore not divisible. The customer must use the totality of the credit visible in my account under return section.
    Ex: a credit of €100 cannot be divided into 4x€25.

Products purchased in error

  • The customer who ordered an item by mistake can return it to us within 3 days. *
  • The package must be returned in its original intact packaging.
  • If the item is returned to us damaged due to poor packaging, it will be invoiced and cannot be returned.

*The item not having been taken out of its packaging, with its stickers on, and having been neither installed nor tested. This also applies to service packs.

Spare parts warranty

The warranty does not apply to a product that has been misused by the consumer.

  • Batteries = 6 months warranty
  • Accessories = No return
  • Tools = No return

*The guarantee is not valid for broken or damaged products.

Products return

Return steps for the guarantee:

  1. Upon receiving the package, the customer realizes that a piece is non-compliant.
  2. Enter your returns directly on the Mobilax site on my account heading return.
  3. If the product does not appear on the interface this means that it does not come from Mobilax or that it does not comply with the acceptance of the return charter.
  4. Wrap the product carefully and place it inside the package, attaching the previously printed return form.
  5. Send the package to the following address: 1 rue de l'épée 69 003 Lyon. The company’s name must be the same as the one on the order form.
  6. Upon receipt of the package, we check the registered defect.
  7. If the product is defective, we will credit your Mobilax Account with the total amount corresponding to the piece. If the product does not happen to be damaged, it will not be returned and we will invoice you €2 per verified piece, as well as the shipping fee if you wish to retrieve the item.

Please note that the procedure is only done on the internet, without a return form we will be obliged not to process your request. The return of the pieces is at the expense of the customer.
